EV Mobility Ventures

A Clean Energy-Climate Action Enterprise

Tojo Motors Corporation

EV Mobility Ventures Initiative

Founded by Ralph Legaspi, a technical entrepreneur who created the design and fabrication of the first Philippine-made E-Jeepney through Tojo Motors. Both the e-Jeepney and the Li-Ion Battery are manufactured at the factory located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Solarize Energy Corp.

Founded by Larry Asera, a well-known expert and developer of solar photovoltaic cells and a former DOST Balik Scientist.

Solarize Energy will provide the off-grid solar powered battery charging stations for the Tojo Motors Electric Vehicles.

The Solar Depot will be the Service Center for parts, maintenance and battery supply and the portal for the battery ”swapping” operation.

EZYkard Corporation

This is the first digital “Tap Card” for all the E- Jeepneys used for automated passenger fare payment

thus creating a cashless transport transaction. The EZYKARD is the tool for financial inclusion for the un- bankable with future use a an E-Wallet.

The EV-Mobility Initiative follows the protocol endorsing the COP26 Climate Change objectives to reduce GHG emissions by 75% by 2030. By integrating clean energy (solar) and Electric Vehicle technology (E- Jeepney), this platform will respond to the new 2022 EV Industry Development Act and the new 2022 Micro Grid Power Systems Act.

EV Mobility Ventures is a clean energy-climate action project focusing on e-jeepney manufacturing, photovoltaic technology, and digital payments for a greener future.
